Thanks everyone for you amazing support of my program. Once again I am now fully booked for the Summer of 2009. For those of you who are registered I am looking forward to working with you and your kids this summer. Lessons Around Town:
I suggest trying American Red Cross lessons, because of their reputation and instructor training. In Mankato they are offered by Community Education and are held at Mankato East Pool.
The other option in Mankato is the YMCA. I myself have been working at the YMCA for the last year and have mixed reviews about their program. Some of the instructors they have on staff are great and even have WSI training. Other instructors are not so great. The classes are very full, especially for the little kids, but every opportunity to get the kids involved in the water is great.
